We’re sorry, but we don’t currently offer an out-of-hours emergency call-out service. Our regular opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. If we’ve visited your property recently and you’re having an urgent problem, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
If you’re looking to upgrade or replace your heating system with a more energy-efficient solution, we’re happy to come round and provide a free quote tailored to your needs.
A boiler service starts at £85 + VAT. There may be additional costs if any seals or consumable parts need replacing, but we will always discuss this with you before proceeding.
Your service includes a thorough series of checks to ensure your boiler and central heating system are running safely and efficiently.
Our engineers will inspect your appliance for water leaks, damage, and signs of wear and tear. They will also carry out essential safety inspections to confirm your gas appliance is using the correct amount of gas and is not releasing carbon monoxide or other harmful gases.
The time it takes to install a new boiler can vary, but on average it takes between 1 and 3 days. When you receive your quote, we’ll include an estimated duration for the work.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19, please inform us before we visit your household.
For routine appointments, we may ask you to reschedule to reduce the risk of exposure to our engineers.
For emergency appointments (e.g., water or gas leaks, no heating or hot water), we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis to ensure the safety of our team.
